Our Story

With over 20 years of hands-on animal care experience, caring for pets isn't just our job — it's our way of life. Married in 1987, we've spent most of our lives farming and raising our four children, Melissa, Corey, Casey, and Nathan, right here in the South Glengarry countryside.

When we left farming in 2008, the answer to what came next felt natural: our quiet rural property, our decades of experience with animals, and our deep love for the creatures in our care made us perfectly suited for this. We broke ground in the summer of 2009 and welcomed our first guests in March 2010.

Fifteen years later, we've grown from 15 guests to 25, added daycare, indoor play areas, and expanded our team — but our commitment has never changed. Every pet that comes through our doors is treated with the same care we'd give our own.
