Because I am a dog person and have had dogs for many years, my husband and I decided to camp on our vacations so that we could bring our dog with us. I was not comfortable to leave my dog in a kennel. Since leaving Heidi with you for an overnighter, we have decided to let go of our trailer and camping altogether. I was really pleased with:
- the cleanliness and spaciousness of your kennel
- the fact that Heidi was able to have access to a crate within her unit (comfort zone)
- the attention that she received
- the size of your kennel - not overcrowded
- security locks - no unauthorized person can get in to the kennel at any time.
- your cheerful attitude and rapport with the dogs
- that you insist on kennel cough immunization before the dog comes in
When I picked up Heidi I could tell that she was the same happy, exuberant dog as ever. It was obvious that she had been treated well. I hope she will be welcome to stay with you again.
