What's included

What to bring
- Your pet's food with written feeding instructions
- Any medications with written instructions
- A blanket, bed, or towel from home (optional but encouraged)
- A durable chew toy (optional)
Please label all items with your pet's name. We provide stainless steel food and water dishes, and have a fridge on-site for food that needs to be kept cold or frozen.
All pets must be on a leash or in a carrier during drop-off and pick-up. Please ensure collars fit securely.
How we charge
Boarding fees are due in full at check-out.
The fees apply for every day of your pet's stay, except the day of check-out — provided you pick up by 11:00 AM on weekdays or 10:00 AM on weekends.
Additional charges may be applied at our discretion for high needs care.
We accept cash, cheque, and e-transfer. We do not accept debit or credit cards at this time.
Daycare
Need a fun, active day for your dog while you're at work or running errands? Our daycare program offers supervised play, socialization, and outdoor time, so your dog comes home happily tired.
Dogs are grouped according to size, temperament, and compatibility to ensure a safe play environment.

Puppy Socialization Classes

Helping your puppy learn to navigate the world with confidence is one of the most valuable things you can do for them — and for your own peace of mind. Our new puppy socialization classes are held in a relaxed, low-stress setting with small groups so every pup gets the attention they need.

Pet Vaccination Policy
Our commitment to maintaining a healthy kennel requires that all dogs boarding in our kennel must be vaccinated for the following diseases:
Proof of vaccination is required.
All vaccines must be up to date at the time of boarding.
Pets must wait 7 days after receiving any vaccine before entering our facility.

Important: If you are unsure of your pet's vaccination status, please contact your veterinarian as soon as possible, as it can take some time before your pet vaccination standing is considered completely up to date.
